T3N Architects is an architecture firm created to develop sustainable and innovative sports complexes and spaces, both in design and execution, to integrate sports training with education.
With over 38 years of experience, the studio is led by renowned Spanish architect Jesús Manzanares.
It is a multidisciplinary studio composed of professionals from the fields of architecture and design.
The team includes architects, interior designers, technical architects, engineers, and graphic designers, all with extensive experience.
T3N Architects coordinates the work from a central office in Madrid, overseeing projects across several satellite studios located in various locations.
T3N has partnered with Harrison Street, one of the world’s leading institutional investment funds. This partnership takes the form of a Joint Venture, with the goal of investing over 300 million euros to develop complexes in collaboration with LaLiga and the NBA in Spain, the USA, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, and other locations.
We design, invest in, develop, and/or operate projects related to sports/educational complexes, either with our own IP or under third-party brands.
We apply all our experience in our TENPLE complexes to create unique and disruptive projects.
Sports Consulting is an international business unit created by and for professional clubs, players, and federations.
We develop and manage the international operations of professional football clubs in any country around the world. We are present in over 120 countries. We work in a comprehensive and bidirectional manner with our own proprietary and registered methodology.
Our business line dedicated to women’s sports aims to promote equality of opportunities for female football players and serve as a platform to support any organization, federation, player, or brand focused on advancing women’s football worldwide.
